This fob is set with two stone intaglios each measuring approximately... 1 sard chalcedony @ 21 x 12 mm with a "K" on the top and a chip on the side and has a good polish; 1 onyx chalcedony @ 21 x 13 mm with a "K" on the top and has a good polish. This bright-polished fob measures approximately 42 x 17 mm, weighs 9.9 grams and has a good finish. All gem materials were graded to the extent the setting permits examination. This piece appears to have been created circa 1860-1870. |
