Brooch is approximately 2 1/4" x 1 3/4'. Porcelain center has "30" impressed into it. Closure catch in the typical "C" catch.

The design outlines are faintly visiable. Colors were hand painted on.

Condition is good with three small scratches visible under 10 power magnification.
