- Payment must be U.S. currency and we do not ship outside the U.S.
- We accept personal checks, bank checks, and money orders. Shipment is made when checks clear the involved bank. Personal checks can take 7 days to clear.
- We accept major ChargeCards. We do not ship to a P.O. Box address or to an address other than the card billing address. The total charge can not exceed $5,000.
- Local residents pay appropriate tax.
- You may return merchandise for any reason, without question, provided intent to return is given within 48 hours of receipt and item is returned within 10 days in the same condition as received. Buyer pays for insured return shipping. Ring sizing cost and our shipping cost are not refundable. When returned item is received, refund check is mailed the next business day. Items charged with a credit card will have refund processed within the next business day. Any item post marked after 10 days will incur a 10% re-stocking fee, unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Reproduction settings can be returned if not altered and in original factory condition. Reproduction settings sent directly from the manufacturer are subject to the return policy of the manufacturer. Please check information listed on the Filigree Style Settings-Engagement Ring page.
- We ship by insured U.S. Postal Service. If the shipment is lost or damaged, your refund must await completion of Postal Service procedures.
- If you specify ring size, our jeweler will custom fit your ring and we charge you what our jeweler charges us. Call or e-mail us if you need this service.
- We check all jewelry. Any needed repairs are done before the jewelry is given to an independent G.I.A. certified gemologist for appraisal. Jewelry is guaranteed to be in good wearable condition when received. Unfortunately, once the jewelry is out of our control, we can not offer any warrantees for wear or damage.
